Which Kettlebell is right for me?
An average man should start with a 12 to 16kg kettlebell. Then as your technique improves over time you may progress to heavier kettlebells.
An average women should start with a 6 to 8kg kettlebell, strong women may want to start with a 10kg. Again as your technique and strength improves you may progress to a heavier kettlebell.
Keep in mind that it is a very good idea to warm up with a lighter kettlebell before starting your workout. An 8kg for men and a 4kg for women is ideal for novice lifters.
