Foam Grip Handles with Ball Bearings

The soft ribbed foam grip handles are very comfortable to hold and use. The handles have integrated BALL BEARINGS for smooth and fast rotation of the rope.

Protective Spring

The rope has a protective spring wound around it to protect the PVC rope when it touches the ground. The spring will make its way to the center of the rope while you are skipping and will greatly increase the usefull life of your skipping rope.

Easy Length Adjustment

The length of the rope is 2.7m long. You can easily shorten the rope by:

1. Remove the endcap from one of the handles with the tip of a screwdriver

2. Insert the tip of the screwdriver into the easy remove clamp and prise apart by twisting the screwdriver sideways.

3. Remove the metal clamp

4. Cut the rope to your desired length

5. Place the metal clamp on the rope close to the end and squeeze together with a pair of pliers

6. Replace the endcap

7. Your finsihed!
